The cornerstone of stay is the daily morning fitness training. It consists of a combination of the following exercises:

For longer stay we include recovery day. This can be filled by visiting:

- castles (Oravský castle, Liptovský castle, Strečno)
- museums and galleries
- caves and archeological places
