We believe that main reason for attending fitness holiday is completion of various trainings and activities that improve fitness. But we are not a military camp or boot camp style holiday so we do not intend to force you to attend any training or activity you are not comfortable with.
Each day is planned in advance and we will actively encourage you to attend a complete program. It will be difficult and sometimes you’ll have to work hard but that is the reason why you came! Results and sense of achievement is worth it.

3. I have pre-existing injuries or health problems, can I join?

It is very important that we know about all your problems or injuries in advance. Physical activity is beneficial in most cases, depending on problems. We identify the right type and intensity of the exercise if we have right information. It might be necessary to consult your doctor beforehand.

4. Do I have time to relax?

Of course, you cannot train all day. Regeneration is as important as training itself. You will have enough time to relax. We provide massage, sauna, stretching and other rehabilitation activities as a part of programme.

5. How do I get to you from the airport/train station?

We provide transport from/to airport and also during your stay. Our goal is to eliminate any worries and responsibilities. However, if you prefer to arrive by car, please let us know and we will send you detailed instructions on how to get to our chalet.
